Callie has an extensive background in the customer service and training fields, and has led fundraising efforts for several non-profit events.

Our Story
FORCE Family Office was founded in 2020 by Steven Saltzstein with a singular focus: to create a forum where family offices across the world could learn about emerging sectors, companies and service providers; advance their philanthropic endeavors; and connect with experts and partners for co-investment. Since then, FORCE has grown to include over 200,000 representatives of family offices across the world. We now host events on topics ranging from curing cancer to the future of electric vehicles to cutting edge medical technology and more.
I worked for a FO in the mid-90's where I sourced, structured, negotiated and closed over a billion dollars in transactions (when a billion dollars was a lot of money) in both public and private companies.Then I ran a small cap fund for a decade where I did direct investments and secured lending to public and private companies.
FORCE exists to meet the needs of family offices and we strive to provide a dynamic forum to share intellectual capital and best practices, take advantage of a larger audience for their philanthropic aims, and learn about best-in-class service providers. In addition to education and philanthropy, we host events for private and public companies to connect with family offices for potential investment.
