About this Event

Chronic disease drives roughly 90% of Medicare spending, yet the average patient managing one of these conditions spends about 14 minutes a year with a physician. Brook covers the other 364 days, 23 hours, and 46 minutes, delivering continuous care at home through connected devices, an AI monitoring platform, and a dedicated nursing team reimbursed under existing Medicare programs.

Their statistics are quite compelling: 74% of Brook patients reached blood-pressure control within 12 weeks. UMass Memorial Health heart-failure patients on a Brook protocol had 27% lower odds of hospital admission, and 26% lower odds of an emergency department visit.

Commercially, Brook is generating more than $11.5M ARR, covers more than 15,000 patients at 20+ enterprise health-system partners, and is adding approximately 1,200 new patients each month with 137% net revenue retention. Automation allows Brook nurses to handle twice the national caseload.

Last week Brook launched a new partnership with Day Kimball Health, a Connecticut-based health system. They identified 15,305 possible new patients, and 370 enrolled in the first week alone.

Register for our Fireside Chat with CEO, Oren Nissin to hear how Brook provides health systems the technology, clinical teams, and infrastructure to support patients beyond the traditional office visit.
