About this Event

Beren Therapeutics is a late-stage biotechnology company developing a new class of medicines designed to restore intracellular cholesterol trafficking, a biological process increasingly implicated across numerous neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer’s disease.

The company’s first clinical validation comes from Niemann-Pick disease type C (NPC), a devastating, rare childhood dementia caused by defective intracellular cholesterol trafficking. Beren’s lead medicine, adrabetadex, is under FDA Priority Review with a November 17, 2026 decision date. In the primary analysis submitted to the FDA, 84% of treated patients were alive five years after treatment initiation compared with 42% of matched untreated patients. Beren forecasts approximately $1.2 billion in annual peak global sales for adrabetadex in NPC alone.

Building on this foundation, Beren is developing multiple additional medicines targeting cholesterol trafficking in Alzheimer’s disease and other neurodegenerative disorders. is led by an ambitious founder-CEO and the management team has contributed to more than 46 FDA-approved medicines.

Join our executive briefing with Beren co-founder and CEO, Jason Camm, to hear how the company has fully funded the U.S. commercialization of adrabetadex and plans to accelerate additional disease programs, expand its portfolio, and pursue international growth.
