About this Event

GLP-1 medications have expanded beyond diabetes drugs to create a new generation of consumers willing to pay for therapies that improve not just health, but also confidence and appearance. Aneira Pharma believes hair restoration could become the next major aesthetic healthcare category.

More than 80 million Americans experience hair loss, with U.S. consumers spending over $3.5 billion annually on treatments with marginal efficacy. Globally, physician-directed hair loss therapies represent a market approaching $10 billion today and are projected to exceed $16 billion over the next decade. Despite this demand, innovation has remained limited, creating an opportunity for differentiated therapies.

Aneira’s lead product, ANR-001.1, combines minoxidil and latanoprost in a proprietary topical formulation designed to stimulate hair growth through complementary biological pathways. Unlike many competing therapies, it is designed for both men and women and addresses both scalp hair and eyebrow restoration.

The platform features:
  • Once-daily topical application
  • Favorable safety profile with low systemic exposure
  • Patent protection through at least 2040
  • Seven issued U.S. patents with protection in 58 countries

The company has completed Phase I and Phase IIa studies. According to company data, ANR-001.1 demonstrated meaningful improvements in hair count and thickness within 120 days, while its eyebrow product produced more than 50% improvement in brow density after three months of once-daily treatment.

Join our executive briefing with Aneira CEO, Dennis Fluet, to hear how hair restoration shares many of the same characteristics that made GLP-1s one of healthcare’s fastest-growing sectors in health care, including a massive underserved population, meaningful consumer demand, and therapies that improve both health and quality of life.
