About this Event

What if detecting cancer earlier was less about taking one expensive test and more about watching for changes in your body over time? That is the idea behind 20/20 BioLabs (NASDAQ: AIDX), a commercial-stage diagnostics company making early detection of cancer and chronic disease more affordable, accessible, and actionable.

Its flagship OneTest™ for Cancer takes a different approach from many other multi-cancer early detection tests. Rather than relying primarily on tumor DNA circulating in the blood, OneTest measures established protein tumor markers and uses machine learning to identify patterns associated with multiple cancers.

Now, a major change in Medicare could dramatically expand that opportunity beyond the company’s current customer base of firefighters, military personnel, and other organizations. Legislation signed into law in February 2026 creates a pathway for Medicare to cover qualifying FDA-authorized multi-cancer early detection tests, potentially opening access to tens of millions of beneficiaries.

The company is also working to turn cancer screening from an annual snapshot into an ongoing early-warning system. Affordability is critical to making that model work. OneTest starts at under $200, versus roughly $1,000 for some competing DNA-based MCED tests, and uses a blood collection device that makes at-home testing practical.

Register for this executive briefing with 20/20 BioLabs President & CEO, Jonathan Cohen, to hear why the company reported record quarterly cancer-testing revenue in Q2 2026 and has plans to leverage their platform to create a broader longevity test.
