About this Event

Seek Labs has been built around a fundamental question: can technology be developed to identify disease earlier and attack it more directly?

Their answer is a new therapeutic modality designed to directly target and destroy disease-associated genetic sequences rather than simply treating the symptoms of a disease. Its Sequence Ablation Therapeutics (SAT™) platform uses programmable CRISPR constructs to enter cells, bind to targeted DNA or RNA, and make multiple cuts intended to break apart the disease-causing sequence.

Preclinical studies provide encouraging proof-of-concept for the platform. In an African Swine Fever animal study, Seek Labs reported approximately 60% survival versus an otherwise lethal infection, while a BioSeeker-generated therapeutic for Lumpy Skin Disease produced 92.7% viral knockdown in an initial study.

Seek Labs is now advancing programs including Influenza A, RSV and Ewing sarcoma, supported by government contracts, research collaborations and industry partnerships. Importantly, Seek is not building its future around a single drug candidate. SAT represents a repeatable therapeutic platform capable of generating multiple applications across infectious disease and selected cancers that have historically been difficult to drug.

Register to reserve your space for an executive briefing with Jared Bauer, Founder and CEO of Seek Labs, for a deep dive into their groundbreaking platform and its potential to transform the treatment of a wide range of diseases.
