About this Event

Millions of patients rely on implanted ports, creating a $2B market. Unfortunately, current ports require regular flushing, depend on healthy veins, and carry ongoing risks of infection and occlusion.

PortIO is developing the first implantable intraosseous port for long-term vascular access. Instead of using veins, it delivers medications and fluids through the bone marrow into the central circulation. The device is designed to be maintenance-free, accessible like a traditional port, and available to patients who have exhausted conventional vascular options.

PortIO has completed and published its first-in-human study, is protected by seven issued patents, and is supported by PAVmed’s experienced medical device development platform.

Secure your space to hear from the PortIO leadership team about the regulatory pathway and the companies strategy for commercialization.
